Noodles 65



    Ingredients

       Noodles - 200 grams

       Grated cabbage - 1 cup

       Grated  carrot - 1/2 cup

       Chopped onions - 1/2 cup

       Splitted  green chillies - 6

       Curd - 1 cup

       Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

       Salt to taste

       Curry leaves -  1/2 bunch

       Oil - 4 teaspoon

      China salt - 1 pinch

 How to make

 1. Boil the noodles in water, strain from hot water and put in running cool water and keep it aside.

 2. Take a pan add oil and heat it, add splitted green chillies and curry leaves fry it.

 3. add cabbage, carrot, onion and salt, boil 5 minutes.

 4. After add curd and add boiled noodles mix well and fry it until curd is evaporate.

 5. finally add pepper powder, china salt and fry it well.

 6. Now Noodles 65 is ready to serve.
