Cauliflower Pakoda




   Ingredients

      Cauliflower pieces - 2 cups

      Chick pea flour/Besan - 11/2 cup

      Rice flour - 2 teaspoons

      Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon

      Salt to taste

      Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

      Oil - for deep fry

      Water as required

  How to make

     1. Take cauliflower clean in hot water, keep it aside.

     2. Take a pan add oil and heat on low flame.

     3. Meanwhile, take a bowl add besan, reice flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, and
   
      add required water mix it well.

    4. Now take cauliflower pieces dip in batter one by one put in hot oil and fry it until become

    golden brown remove from oil and strain from excess oil.

    5. Take into serving plate enjoy with tomato sauce.
