Chicken Chaat




       Ingredients

             Boneless Chicken - 1/4 k.g

            Grated Carrot - 1 cup

            Boiled Pea - 1/2 cup

            Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup

            Fried cashew nuts - 1/4 cup

            Chopped green chillies - 1 tea spoon

            Chopped onions - 1/2 cup

            Chopped couriander - 1/4 cup

            Chopped mint - 1/4 cup

            Chopped Garlic - 1 teaspoon

             Red Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon

            Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

           Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

           Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

           Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons

           Lemon - 1

           Salt to taste

           Oil - 4 tablespoons


  How to make

     1. Take cleaned boneless chicken,  cut into small pieces and boil the chicken in cooker.

     2. Take pan add oil and heat it, fry the boiled chicken until turn golden brown, keep it aside.

     3. In same pan add  fried chicken
   
     addonions, tomato sauce, boiled peas, grated carrot, chopped coriander,

     chopped mint, green chilli, chopped garlic, salt, redchilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala,

     pepper powder,  chopped tomatoes add one by one and fry it on very low flame just 5 minutes.

     4. Remove the flame mix well.

     5. Hot hot spicy chicken chaat is ready.
