Cauliflower/Gobi Manchurian
Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1/4k.g
Egg - 1
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Maida/All purpose flour - 2 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Green chilli - 6
Coriander - 1 bunch
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
China salt - 1 pinch
Chopped ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
Spring onions - 2 table spoons(optional)
Oil for deep fry
How to make
1. Take cauliflower pieces wash in salted hot water, keep it aside.
2. Take a bowl add cornflour, maida, ginger garlic paste, salt, beaten egg mix well, and add
cauliflower pieces mix well.
3. Take pan add oil and heat it.
4. Fry the cauliflower in hot oil, until become turn golden brown, drain from oil keep it aside it.
5. Take another pan add 2 spoons oil and heat it, add splitted green chillies, chopped ginger,
chopped garlic fry 2 minutes, add fried cauliflower pieces, add soy sauce, china salt, add 1/2 cup
water and cook it.( If you want thickness, take 1 teaspoon cornflour into a bowl add water mix it.
and add cornflour mixture to the cauliflower). Add spring onions and coriander mix well.
6. Hot hot Cauliflower/Gobi Manchurian is ready.
