Chicken kebab





     Ingredients

        Boneless Chicken -1/4 k.g

        Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

        Curd - 2 teaspoons

        Garam masala - 1 teaspoon( Cloves, cardamom, cinnamon,coriander seeds)

        Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

        Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon

        Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon

        Salt to taste

        Cooking oil - 2 teaspoons

     Method

        1. Take a bowl add cleaned chicken, add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, red chilli powder,

                 add curd, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, mix it well, keep it in refrigerator  4 to 6 hours.

        2. Take marinated chicken pin it line on the skewers, apply oil.

        3. Grill the chicken in oven. or fire the char coal, grill on charcoal.

                 If you have not available oven, charcoal, grill on gas fire.

         4. Serve hot hot chicken kebab with chilli sauce.
