Potato Bajji



       
    Ingredients

        Potatoes - 2

        Chickpea flour/Besan -2 cups

        Rice flour - 2 teaspoons

        Cooking soda - 1 pinch

        Salt for taste

        Oil for deep frying

       How to make

        First take pan add oil heat  on low flame, meanwhile

        Potatoes cut into slices and keep aside.

        Take a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, cooking soda, salt mix well with required water.

         Batter is not too thick and not too thin.

         Now take potato slices one by one dip in batter and drop in heat oil.

         Fry them until turn golden brown, remove from oil drain from excess oil.

         Now  simple & easy potato bajji  server with tomato sauce.
