Palak /Spinach Pakoda

Palak/Spinach Pakoras




      Ingredients

         Chopped Palak/Spinach - 2 bunches

         Besan/Chick pea flour - 1/4 k.g

         Rice flour - 2 teaspoons

         Chopped coriander - 1/2 cup

         Chopped ginger -1 teaspoon

         Chopped green chilies - 10

         Cumin - 1 tea spoon

         Hot oil - 2 tea spoons

         Salt for taste

         Oil for deep frying

      How to Make

        Take Pan and heal oil,

         Meanwhile, take another wide bowl  add chopped palak/spinach, add chick pea flour,

         Add  rice flour,  chopped coriander, chopped ginger,chopped green chilies, cumin,

        Add 2 teaspoons hot oil for crispiness and salt.

        Mix well all ingredients with required water.

        Now take small pieces drop into heat oil and fry them until become golden brown.

        Drain from excess oil.

        Serve crispy crispy palak/spinach pakora with tomato sauce and onion.
