Ingredients
Boneless chicken -1/4 k.g
Egg white -1
Maida/all purpose flour - 1 table spoons
Cornflour - 2 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste- 2 teaspoons
Chopped green chillies -4
Copped coriander - 1/2 cup
Soy sauce- 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce -2 teaspoons
Lemon juice or vinegar - 1 teaspoon
China salt -1pinch
Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
Chopped spring onions - 2 teaspoons
Salt for taste
Oil for deep frying
How to make
1. Take a bowl add cleaned chicken pieces, add maida, 1 teaspoon corn flour, ginger garlic paste,
egg white, salt, china slat lemon juice or vinegar .
2. All ingredients mix well and keep aside 1 hour.
3. Take pan add oil and heat .
4. Take marinated chicken drop in oil fry them until turn golden brown.
5. Fried chicken pieces take into plate, keep aside.
6. Take another pan add 2 teaspoons oil, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, spring onions
fry them little bit, add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, fry on low flame, add corn flour
water for thickness (take small bowl add 1 teaspoon corn flour add water mix well) .
7. Now add fried chicken pieces once again mix well and fry two minutes.
8. Take into serving bowl sprinkle coriander and spring onions.
