Stuffed chicken roast



    Ingredients

        Small whole chicken - 1

        Red chillies - 10

        Garam masala - 2 teaspoons

       Ginger garlic paste - 4 table spoons

       Coconut milk - 2cups

       Grated raw coconut - 1/2 cup

       Coriander - 2 bunches

       Salt for taste

       Oil - 100 grams

       Boiled eggs - 2

       Prepare pulao  for stuffing

    How to make

     1. Take whole chicken, do not cut into pieces, clean inside also.

     2. Grind the red chillies and coconut.

     3. Take whole chicken apply red chillie paste, coconut paste, ginger garlic paste, garam masala,

        salt, marinate the chicken 1 hour.

     4. After 1 hour take whole chicken, stuffed into chicken boiled eggs, prepared pulao.

     5. chicken both legs come together knot with thread tightly.

     6. Now take wide pan add oil and heat, roast the whole chicken in oil.

     7. chicken turned golden brown, add  coconut milk  cover with lid.

     8. cook the chicken until evaporate coconut milk.

     9. Once again fry the chicken in same pan. If fry all sides,turn off the flame.

     10. Before serve remove the thread, cut the chicken and serve it and enjoy.
