Chicken 65



        Ingredients

         Bone less Chicken - 1/4 k.g

         Corn flour - 2 table spoons

         Maida/all purpose flour - 2 tablespoons

         Egg -1

         Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

         Redchilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon

         China salt - 1/4 teaspoon

         Red orange colour - 1 pinch( optional)

         Salt to taste

         Green chilli - 6

         Curry leaves - 1/2 cup

         Curd - 1 cup

         Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon

         Oil for deep fry

     How to make

        1. Take a bowl add corn flour, maida, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,

               china slat, salt, and add water mix it make smooth batter.

        2. Now add cleaned bone less chicken to the batter  mix well and keep it aside one hour.

        3. After one hour take frying pan add oil heat it.

        4. take marinated chicken fry in oil until turn golden brown. Keep it aside.

        5. Now take another pan add 2 table spoons oil  and heat

        6. Fry the slitted green chilli, curry leaves, add curd, red orange colour, garam masala powder,

             add salt to taste and add fried chicken mix it.

        7. Fry the chicken until curd is evaporate. If curd is evaporate off the flame.

        8. Now serve with lemon, onion or tomato sauce, as your wish.
