Onion Pakoda





   Ingredients: Basan/chickpea flour/gram flour- 11/2cups

                       Rice flour -2 tea spoons

                       Finely sliced onions-2

                       Green chillies-3

                       Oil for deep frying

                       Cooking salt- 1 pinches

                       Salt for taste


   How to make: Take the bowl add gram flour, rice flour, sliced onions, green chilli pieces,     
    salt for taste, pinch of cooking soda all ingredients mix well and pour water little by little mix it.

    Heat oil in a pan, take the mixture drop small small fitter into oil, fry them turn golden brown

    take them out strain from excess oil.

    Now server hot pakoda with tomato sauce.
