Pepper Chicken




    Ingredients

      Chicken - 1/4 k.g

      Corn flour - 2 teaspoons

      Crushed pepper  - 2 teaspoons

      Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

      Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

      Chopped onion - 1/4 cup

      Chopped green chilli - 3

      Salt to taste

      Curry leaves - handful

      Oil for deep fry

   How to make

    1. Take a bowl add cleaned chicken, add salt, add cornflour, add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

            mix well.

    2. Take pan add oil and heat it.

    3. Fry the chicken in oil until turn golden brown take into palate, keep it aside.

    4. Take an another pan add 2 teaspoons oil, add chopped onion, add green chilies,

               add ginger garlic paste fry it, add crushed pepper, curry leaves  fry one minute

                now add fried chicken and mix well fry it  five minutes.

     5. Now  hot hot pepper chicken is ready to serve.
