Cauliflower Pickle




   Ingredients

     Cauliflower - 1 cup

     Red chilli powder - 2tablespoons

     Salt  - 2 tablespoons

     Mustard powder - 2 teaspoons

     Fenugreek powder - 1/2 teaspoon

     Asafoetida - 1 pinch

     Garlic pods - 6 or 8

     Lime juice - 4 tablespoons

     Oil - 4 tablespoons

  How to make

   1. Cut the cauliflower into small flower pieces and wash in hot water.

   2. Washed cauliflower pieces dry one hour in sunlight.

   3. Take a bowl add cauliflower pieces, add redchilli powder, salt, mustard powder, asafoetida,

    fenugreek powder, peeled garlic pods, lime juice, oil mix well and store  in glass container.

   4. After three days mix well and enjoy cauliflower pickle.
