   Sprouts chaat, it is healthy recipe for every one. specially  diabetic persons

   It is high rich fiber food. This chaat making is simple & easy.


  Ingredients

   Boiled Green Gram  Sprouts - 11/2 cup

   Soaked ground nuts/ peanuts - 1/2 cup

   Finely chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup

   Finely chopped onions -1/4 cup

   Finely chopped coriander - 1/2 cup

   Finely chopped ginger - 1 tea spoon

   Grated carrot - 1/2 cup

   Finely chopped green chillies - 1 tea spoon

   Pepper powder - 2 pinches

   Lemon juice

   Salt for taste

  How to make

   Take wide bowl add  boiled green gram sprouts, soaked ground nuts, chopped cabbage, onions,

    grated carrot, coriander, ginger, green chilli, pepper powder, salt, finally add lemon juice  mix well.

    Serve this healthy sprouts chaat evening time or early morning breakfast time.


   You can use any type of sprouts Bengal gram, green peas
