Ingredients
Puffed Rice - 4 cups
Ground nuts/peanuts - 1 cup
Finely chopped onions - 1 cup
Mint - 1 bunch
Green chillies - 4
Chopped coriander - 1 cup
Sev - 1 cup
Tamarind -50 grams
Jaggery - 50 grams
Chaat masala - 1/2 spoon
Salt for taste
How to make
Mint and green chillies grind smooth paste and keep aside.
Tamarind and jaggery take into a bowl add 1 cup water and boil it. take out pulp and keep it aside.
Take Wide bowl add puffed rice.
Add mint and green chilli paste.
Add tamarind and jaggery pulp.
Add fried ground nuts/peanuts, chopped onion, chaat masala, salt, sev finally add coriander .
If you want lemon juice add it.
Server bhelpuri chaat.
