  Green Tea is very healthy for every one. Every one can take at least one cup of green tea daily.

  Now  a days so many healthy benefits  if you can take cup of green tea.

  Good for diabetes , for good immunity, for good digestion and so many benefits.

 Green tea making simple & easy in home.

 Ingrediants

 Green tea powder - 1 tea spoon

 Water

 Sugar  or honey - 1/2 tea spoon

 Mint leaves (optional) - 2 or 3

 Method

 Take 11/2 cup of water in bowl,

 Add one tea spoon green tea powder, boil it 5 minutes

 Add 1/2 spoon of sugar or honey, strain in your tea cup add  2 or 3 mint leaves.

 Enjoy your hot hot green tea.

 Suggestion: If diabetic patients avoid sugar or honey.
