Mutton liver Soya/ Dil Leaves Fry




      Ingredients

      Mutton Liver - 1/2 k.g

      Soya leaves/Dil leaves - 4 bunches

     Chopped onions - 50 grams

     Chopped tomato - 150 grams

     Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon

     Garam masala - 1 tea spoon

     Green chillies -4

     Chopped coriander - 1 cup

     Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon

     Turmeric - 1 pinch

     Salt for taste

    Oil - 50 grams

   How to make

   Cut the liver as small pieces, add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, and boil it and  keep it aside.

   Take frying pan add oil and heat it.

   Add chopped soya leaves/ dill leaves and fry it  5 minutes.

   Now add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, and  add boiled mutton liver  and fry it.

    After add red chilli powder, turmeric, green chillies, garam masala powder, chopped tomatoes.

   Mix it well, if it become thick, off the flame.

   Take into serving bowl garnish with coriander. Soya/Dill liver fry is ready.
