Ingredients
Prawns/Shrimp - 1/2 k.g
Finely chopped ginger -25 grams
Finely chopped garlic - 25 grams
Chopped onions - 100 grams
Chopped green chillies - 5
Cumin - 5 grams
Coriander powder - 5 grams
Red chilli powder -11/2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Couriander - 1 bunch
Oil - 100 grams
Tomato - 150 grams
Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt for taste
How to make
Take big size prawns clean and keep aside.
Take a pan add 60 grams of oil and heat it.
Add finely chopped ginger, garlic, chopped onions fry them until become
gold brown, after add red chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder and
chopped green chillies fry them for 5 minutes, after add tomato pieces, salt.
If cook 10 minutes gravy is ready.
This gravy is keep aside.
Take wide pan/tawa add remaining oil and heat.
Now add prawns, fry them until become golden brown add prepared gravy and fry the prawns.
Prawns gravy become little bit thick, add garam masala, chopped couriander.
Hot hot tawa prawns/ shrimp is ready.
