Ingredients
Cornflakes- 1/4 k.g
Ground nut/peanut - 100 grams
Roasted chick pea/ Bengal gram -100 grams
Sev - 50 grams
Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon
Salt for taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil for frying
How to make
Take oil in a frying pan and heat.
Fry the carnflakes and drain from oil and keep aside.
Remove oil from frying pan.
In same pan add 2 teaspoons oil, fry the ground nuts, roasted chick pea, fry them turn little
golden brown, keep it aside.
Take wide bowl add fried cornflakes, ground nuts, roasted chick pea, ssalt, pepper powder,
red chilli powder, sev .
Mix well and sever crispy crispy cornflakes chaat.
If you want more spicy chaat, add chopped tomatoes, onions, chaat masala , coriander, lemon
juice.
