Kabuli Chana/White Chickpeas Chaat



      Ingredients

         Kabuli chana/ White chickpeas -  2cups

        Chopped onions - 3/4 cup

        Chopped tomatoes - 3/4 cup

        Chopped green chillies/ Capsicum - 2 teaspoons

        Chopped coriander - 1/4 cup

        Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon

        Pepper powder - 2 pinches

        Dry mango powder/ amchur - 1/4 teaspoon

        Lemon juice

        Salt for taste

        Hot oil - 2 teaspoon (optional)

     How to make

        Soak Kabuli chana/ White chickpeas over night.

        Boil soaked kabuli chana in cooker

        Boiled chana keep cool down.

        Take bowl add  kabuli chana, add chopped tomatoes, onions, green chillies, pepper powder,

        Chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, hot oil and finally add lemon juice.

        Spicy spicy chana chaat ready to serve.
