Ingredients
Boneless Chicken -1/2 k.g
Besan/chick pea flour - 1/4 k.g
Corn flour - 2 teaspoons
Oil -2 tablespoons
Coriander powder -2 teaspoons
Garam masala -1teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste -11/2 teaspoon
Chopped green chilli -4
Sliced onion - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Turmaric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt for taste
Lemon juice -1 teaspoon
Oil for deep fry
How to make
Cleaned chicken cut into small pieces take into bowl add salt, curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic
Paste, coriander powder, garam masal powder, turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons oil mix well
and put in refrigerator approximate 1 hour.
Take marinated chicken from refrigerator,
Now add besan, cornflour,salt, sliced onion, chopped green chillies mix well.
Heat the oil in pan fry the chicken pakoda until they become turn golden brown.
Drain from excess oil.
Serve with onion, lemon and tomato sauce.
