Veg Manchurian

  Ingredients

          Chopped cabbage - 2cups

          Chopped carrot -11/2 cup

           Egg - 1

          Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

          Maida/All purpose flour - 2 tablespoon

         Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

         Green chilli - 6

        Coriander - 1 bunch

        Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

        Salt to taste

        China salt - 1 pinch

        Chopped ginger - 1/2 teaspoon

        Chopped garlic - 1/2 teaspoon

        Spring onions - 2 table spoons(optional)

       Oil for deep fry

  How to make

    1. Take chopped cabbage and carrot  boil in presser cooker and smash it , keep it aside.

    2. Take a bowl add cornflour, maida, ginger garlic paste, salt, beaten egg mix well, and add

    smashed cabbage and carrot  mix it well, and  prepare small size balls with this mixture.

   3. Take pan add oil and heat it.

   4. Fry the veg balls in hot oil, until become turn golden brown, drain from oil keep it aside it.

   5. Take another pan add 2 spoons oil and heat it, add splitted  green chillies, chopped ginger,

    chopped garlic fry 2 minutes, add fried veg balls, add soy sauce, china salt, add 1/2 cup

    water and cook it.( If you want thickness, take 1 teaspoon cornflour into a bowl add water mix it.

    and add cornflour mixture to the veg balls) Add spring onions and coriander mix well.

   6. Hot hot Cauliflower/Gobi Manchurian is ready.

   7. If your desire add chilli sauce & tomato sauce also.
