Tangdi Chicken Fry




     Ingredients

         Chicken leg pieces - 4

         Corn flour - 2 teaspoons

         Egg -1

         Maida/All purpose flour - 1 teaspoon

         Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

         Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

         Salt to taste

         Soy sauce - 2 taspoons

         Green chilli sauce - 2 teaspoons

         Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons

          Oil for deep fry

   How to make

      1. Chicken marination: Take a bowl add corn flour, add maida, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder

             tomato sauce, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, salt and beaten egg mix well and finally add

             chicken leg pieces, mix well all ingredients keep it aside at least  one hour.

      2.Take a pan add oil and heat it.

      3. Fry the marinated leg pieces in oil one by one on medium flame, until turn golden brown.

      4. Serve crispy chicken leg pieces with onion and lemon
