Chicken leaver fry
Ingredients
Chicken liver - 1/4 k.g
Coriander - 1 bunch
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce -2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oil - 50 grams
How to make
1. Clean the chicken leaver pieces.
2. Take a bowl add chicken leaver pieces, ginger garlic paste, redchilli powder, garam masala,
soy sauce, mix well and keep it aside .
3. Take a pan add oil and heat, add chopped coriander, add marinated lever pieces fry them
five minutes, add salt, tomato sauce and fry well until leaver pieces become soft.
4. Chicken leaver fry serve with onion and lemon.
