Flattened Rice Chaat





  Ingredients: Flattened rice- 2cups

                      Oil for deep fry

                      Ground nut- 1/ cup

                      Roasted bengal gram (channa dal)- 1/2 cup

                      Finely chopped tomatoes- 1/2 cup

                      Finely chopped onions - 1 cup

                      Finely chopped coriander- 1/2 cup

                      Red chilli powder

                      Chaat masala (optional)
             
                      Salt for taste

                      Lemon juice


  How to make: Take the pan add oil and heat
 
  Fry the Flattened rice in oil and take into a bowl,.

  Take another pan add 2 spoons oil add ground nuts fry them and take into bowl

   In same pan add roasted bengal gram fry little bit and take into bowl

   Fried flattened rice, ground nuts & roasted bengal gram  mix all together and add chopped

   tomatoes, onions, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix all together

   very well .

   Now taste Flattened rice chaat is ready.
